For spirit week in October 09 my daughter had crazy hair day at school and this is what we came up with and ended up doing. I'm not sure where I found the idea because it's been a while but I thought it was real cute. I wish I had pictures from all around her had so you could see exactly what it looked like. I separated her hair into 4 sections on the top and made for braids off to the side. Then I grabbed the next section of hair and just made a normal braid and clipped it up. For last part as I braided her hair I left a small strand of hair out of each section before I crossed it into the braid.
